Don’t even breathe, "It has never happened to me.." If that is the case, why are insurance companies so rich? Overseas shipments that will fit into a US Post Office Flat Rate Envelope will cost  $11.90. Returns Policy: VERY IMPORTANT-READ THIS

Print Editions: 100 % refund You must pay shipping and handling charges both ways.
Books will not be refunded IF they are returned worn or damaged and unfit for resale.

E-books, as they become available, have a 90 day refund period. If the book serves no purpose for you, then be done with it and we will give you your money back.
Should you wish to get a refund so you may keep the book without paying for it, keep in mind that what you get back is a very small price for selling your personal integrity. We write and publish to make a living. We do not get a regular paycheck fom anyone, our bread and butter are paid for by the books we sell. 
Disregard any refund notice to the contrary that may still remain on a book's detail page. Eventually, we will find them all and delete those messages.

CD books are yours if the seal on the disk is broken. Don't return a CD with broken seal. There is no refund.

WHY ? Electronic duplication of CD editions is too commonplace these days, so once it is opened, no refunds. We will replace a faulty disk, but our triple check- quality control system virtually eliminates that possibility. If the disk will run on the clunker test computer we keep for this purpose: 200 Mhz- Win98, it should work better on anything out there, short of an abacus. PDF files work on Apple and PC equally as well.

Don't be dismayed if you find a link missing in a CD book edition. There are an average of 400 links per book and it is quite possible for one to have been missed. Just smile and keep reading, grateful that you don't have to fumble through an index and then hunt for the page - the old fashioned way.

You are advised to study the Table of Contents, descriptions, and excerpts - where they have been included, before you order, especially electronic editions.
